Do you like cakes but are afraid to get better? Then meet vegan pastry chef Juliana Tar. Her cakes, without exaggeration, can be called works of art, and most importantly, they are low in calories! They are made entirely of natural ingredients and are generally not baked, i.e. completely raw (great for raw foodists!). Various spices and natural additives (berries, turmeric, beets, etc.) are used for coloring, and various dried fruits, agave nectar, honey, etc. are used as sweeteners. Of course, we do not know what taste these cakes have, but they look like awesome (hopefully taste too).
