  • 100 ml cherry syrup
  • ice cubes
  • sparkling water

Preparation:

Cut 1 orange and 1/4 lemon into slices. Squeeze juice from the remaining fruit. Pour juice and syrup into a jug, add mint, after wrinkling it a little in the palms of your hands. Fill a pitcher halfway with ice. Top up the rest with sparkling water. Add more syrup to the desired sweetness if necessary. Non-carbonated water can also be used.

  • 250 ml water
  • 125 g sugar
  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 2 large oranges
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1L Sprite or Soda Water

Preparation:

Put sugar in a ladle, add water and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, put mint in the resulting syrup and let cool. Squeeze juice from citrus fruits. Mix juice and cooled syrup in a jug (discard mint), add soda. Serve in glasses with ice, with a sprig of mint and lemon or orange slices.

  • 3 medium ripe peaches
  • 2 limes
  • 2 medium lemons
  • 4-5 st. l. Sahara
  • 1 liter of cold water
  • ice

Preparation:

Cut the pitted and skinless peaches (pulp) and place in a bowl. Squeeze the juice from limes and lemons there, add sugar. Pour in water and grind in a blender until smooth. Serve over ice.

Raspberry lemonade with limoncello

  • 1 lemon
  • 100 g sugar
  • 800 ml cold water + 200 ml more for syrup
  • 75 ml limoncello or other lemon liqueur
  • ice, mint and whole raspberries for serving

Preparation:

Boil the syrup from 200 ml of water and sugar, remove it from the heat. Put the berries in the syrup and crush them. Strain the syrup through a sieve to remove the seeds and cool. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Add to the syrup, add the remaining water and limoncello there. Serve with ice, mint and raspberries.

Preparation:
