The Swiss chocolate company Barry Callebaut has presented a new delicacy that can surprise not only with its color, but also with its taste. A special variety of cocoa beans called ruby is used to create pink chocolate.
These beans contain certain elements that give the confection a berry-fruit flavor.
The delicacy was named "Ruby".
