Scientists from the University of British Columbia decided to conduct an experiment on how nature can affect human mood.
As part of the study, they asked students to describe how their daily routines affect them and how they feel afterwards.

The students were divided into three groups, the first was given just photos with buildings, the second - objects of nature, the third - blank photos. And all of them were asked to write down what emotions these photographs convey to them.
And, as it turned out, those students who were given a photo of nature described the most positive emotions. And the rest weren't as enthusiastic about their descriptions.

According to the results, the experts concluded that nature or its component is capable of making any person happy.

Therefore, they advise everyone who has a difficult period or problems in life to escape to nature, because it can improve mood and give positive emotions.
