What ordinary people have experienced over the years that the blockade lasted (the duration of the blockade - from 1941 to 1944 - ed.), You will not wish even the enemy. However, the Russian people, despite the massive famine and frost, survived. And on January 27, more precisely on January 18, when the blockade ring was broken through, the red army managed to liberate the city.
